What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build scalable machine-learning solutions that improve business KPIs, automate processes, and support stronger data-driven decisions.

I lead the Credit Risk Data Science Unit at TBC Bank, supervising a team of data scientists and overseeing data collection and modelling processes.

I guide the development of machine learning models and build scalable, automated data solutions aligned with business goals. My work focuses on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and strengthening decision-making through data products.

Previously at TBC Bank, I applied ML algorithms to business problems, collected and analyzed data, used advanced statistics, and created clear data visualizations. I have also evaluated policy outcomes at the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and taught policy analysis at Ilia State University.

My research background spans behavioral science, statistics, methodology, sociology, and demography. I work with Python, SQL, Azure Databricks, Azure ML, R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, and machine-learning approaches including deep learning, NLP, image classification, collaborative filtering, and clustering.
