At the Labor Market Analysis Division of Georgia’s Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, I built and maintained reporting infrastructure, including dashboards used by ministry leadership and referenced in official policy documents.
I conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses across labor markets, energy, transportation, and industry. Working with international organisations on joint research has taught me to be precise about what the analysis shows, especially when the data is inconsistent.
I led cross-departmental data coordination for the national Labor Market Information System, reconciling different definitions and methodologies across government agencies into a coherent structure.
Earlier, I built datasets and produced reports and visualizations at the Association of Young Financiers and Businessmen. At Banks & Finance Newspaper, I wrote analytical articles and managed the website editorially and technically.
