I seek remote, entry-level IT/customer support roles where I can apply ticketing tools, grow technical skills, and contribute to excellent customer experiences.

I am an aspiring remote customer support specialist building practical IT support experience and ticketing skills. I enjoy solving problems, responding to emails and tickets, and helping customers have a smooth experience.

I'm currently expanding my technical knowledge through the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and gaining hands-on practice with tools like Zendesk and Jira. I practice ticket management in Zendesk demo environments and use Jira for issue tracking.

I have built small automation flows with tools like n8n and integrated them with email systems to streamline workflows. I bring clear written communication in English, native Persian, patience, and strong attention to detail when handling customer requests.

I am comfortable working independently in remote environments and am interested in long-term growth in IT support and customer success roles.
