I'm looking for remote or entry-level to junior IT opportunities where I can use my telecommunications background, technical troubleshooting, computer skills, and problem-solving abilities to support clients and teams.

I've spent 20 years providing technical and operational support in Iran’s telecommunications sector, resolving computer, technical, and telecommunications-related issues.

I work with telecommunications equipment, support daily technical operations, and provide computer and IT support to help users resolve problems. My experience also includes basic network support, troubleshooting, documentation, and administrative work using Microsoft Office.

I'm currently studying Information Technology and looking for remote or entry-level to junior opportunities where I can support clients and teams with practical technical experience and problem-solving skills.
