What I'm looking for

I'm looking for full-time, part-time, or project-based IT work in L1/L2 support or system administration, preferably remote, with opportunities to manage access, support users, maintain systems, and travel for business when needed.

At ScienceSoft, I manage insurance agent and carrier accounts, user access, roles, licenses, permissions, onboarding, offboarding, and account recovery across multiple platforms.

Previously, I supported PCs, laptops, iOS and Windows devices at SB Capital Real Estate LLC, maintained corporate web and social channels, configured network equipment, and created internal documentation. I also developed and maintained client websites as a Backend Developer in the financial sector.
