At Eurasian Bank, I support the corporate Microsoft BizTalk Enterprise Service Bus, keeping integrations between internal and external systems stable.
I diagnose incidents, analyze logs and business processes, optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries, and work with MS SQL Server and Oracle. I also administer Windows and Linux servers, support releases, and resolve issues through Naumen Service Desk and Jira.
Previously, at Halyk Life, I configured MikroTik and Cisco network equipment, DHCP, TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, routers, switches, and access points. At LLP Ucontay, I supported users, maintained software and drivers, and improved PC assembly and configuration procedures.
