I’m seeking an entry-level role in technical or customer support where I can combine communication skills with an IT background.

At Wolt Technologies Kazakhstan, I assisted customers with product information and purchasing decisions, checked product availability and pricing, and coordinated with cashiers on sales and returns.

At Kazakhtelecom JSC, I published and updated corporate website content. I coordinated updates with designers and copywriters and monitored user activity and relevant topics.

I studied Mathematical and Computer Modeling at International Information Technology University (IITU), with coursework in programming, software development, databases, networking, data analysis, and introductory machine learning.

Through my coursework, I became familiar with Java, HTML/CSS, Git/GitHub, Excel, and Power BI. I’m seeking an entry-level technical or customer support role where I can combine communication skills with my IT background.
