At Nomuw, I oversee global operations for consumer brands selling through Amazon and Shopify across the US, UK, Germany, and France. I manage international logistics, inventory, 3PL partners, and marketplace compliance while building systems that support scale.

I designed the end-to-end process architecture and functional blueprint for a planned e-commerce management platform, translating operational requirements into product workflows and decision logic. I also delivered Nomuw’s first comprehensive Managed Services e-commerce performance assessment, combining listing audits and voice-of-customer analysis to identify commercial opportunities.

I contribute to acquisition evaluations through profitability, unit economics, market positioning, cost structure, and scalability analysis. My work has also included brand development, packaging and advertising concepts, and a Middle East market-entry proposal presented to investors and public-sector stakeholders.

Previously, I produced telecom, 5G, digital payments, and e-education research for Arab Advisors Group and supported municipal strategy and investment-application workflows at Amman Vision. I bring an engineering foundation and a practical focus on improving processes, performance, and execution.
