I've led operations across Jordan, Kuwait, Algeria, Armenia, and the wider MENA region, building practical processes that keep procurement, logistics, teams, and daily execution running smoothly.

At Terre des hommes, I managed end-to-end procurement and field logistics for a UNICEF-funded project, coordinating suppliers, contracts, fleet operations, facilities, assets, IT equipment, safety, and documentation. At Aramex, I managed distribution-center operations for Nestlé’s infant-nutrition account, strengthening warehouse workflows, safety procedures, inventory accuracy, and team performance.

I also led a 50-person operations team at Kassab Media, creating the strategy, training, and performance-management framework that supported its output. As founder and general manager of Shawerma Zarb Restaurant Company, I built the business end-to-end, from concept and kitchen processes to sourcing, procurement, staffing, and an original oven and cooking method.

Today, I advise small businesses on operations, pricing, contract negotiations, feasibility studies, budgeting, and process improvement across Jordan and Armenia.
