What I'm looking for

I’m looking for care coordination, customer service, and customer experience roles where I can support clients, solve problems, and help create smooth, positive service experiences.

I am an Arabic-English interpreter with 6+ years of experience in healthcare and other customer-facing sectors, including insurance, government, legal, banking, social services, and general customer support. My work has involved interpreting a wide variety of healthcare interactions, such as medical appointments, mental health sessions, insurance calls, care coordination conversations, follow-ups, scheduling, billing, and patient support.

Because interpretation sits inside real-time service interactions, my experience has also built strong customer support and coordination skills. I am used to helping people navigate complex systems, supporting communication between patients and service providers, handling sensitive and high-pressure situations, and ensuring conversations move toward clear and effective outcomes. Over time, I have become especially skilled at empathy, active listening, problem-solving, and creating smooth experiences for both clients and teams.

I am now looking to bring this background into roles where strong communication, customer care, service coordination, and relationship management are valued.
