I am Rev. Bashan Kakra T abiri - O tchere, a dedicated Chief Operating Officer at Koria Group Ghana Ltd/Poesl Ghana since April 2017. My role involves working closely with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges, helping them achieve effective change and enhance their well-being. I manage all marketing activities within the company, developing strategies that align with our objectives and overseeing the marketing budget. My experience includes creating and publishing marketing materials, planning promotional campaigns, and ensuring effective internal communications.

Prior to my current position, I served as a Freight Forwarder/Sales Manager at Allfrieght Services Ltd, where I organized transportation logistics and tracked freight movements. Additionally, I have a rich background as a Pastor and Crisis Counselor, where I develop daily devotionals and mentor youth. My educational background includes a postgraduate diploma in Marketing and a postgraduate certificate in Project Management, complemented by ongoing training in aviation and counseling.
