What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in social services/eligibility where I can apply my experience with case records, confidentiality, and system-based data entry, while continuing to grow in a supportive, professional environment.

I’m a Benefit Program Specialist II focused on eligibility work, accurate case records, and clear communication under pressure. I operate a personal computer to establish and maintain case records, access and retrieve data, create reports, and manipulate data to support decision-making.

I interview and investigate applications, exercising sound judgement, discretion, tact, and resourcefulness while maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality. I’ve also worked with Medicaid (DMAS), checking Medicaid eligibility, scheduling CNAs, and supporting team needs through tasks like drug testing, purchase orders, and petty cash.
