What I'm looking for

I seek a role in people operations or payroll where I can support employees through shared-services workflows, improve processes, and deliver accurate, confidential recordkeeping within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

I am an HR-adjacent operations professional with several years supporting cross-functional teams, managing high-volume inquiries, and coordinating operational processes in remote environments. In my recent role as Business Development Coordinator and Account Manager at OmbuLabs, I served as a primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, coordinated onboarding and offboarding, managed sensitive documentation including contracts and client records, and maintained internal reports and operational workflows.

Earlier roles as a Recruitment Coordinator and production/operations support gave me hands-on experience with CRM management, scheduling interviews and events, collecting and processing timecards, and assisting with billing and payroll-related documentation.
