I am a customer-focused retail and service professional with hands-on experience as a cashier, sales associate, KYC agent and customer service representative across retail and telecom settings. I combine strong communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach to support customers and operations.
I have worked in multiple Lagos-based outlets and field roles, including sales, cashiering, KYC and front-line customer support, handling transactions, customer inquiries and basic computer tasks. I am comfortable multitasking, working with minimal supervision and learning new systems quickly.
I am completing a BSc in Social Science at UNILAG and I am eager to contribute my initiative, reliability and positive attitude to a team where I can grow and add measurable value to customer experience and operational efficiency.
