I want to lead marketplace P&L and growth in emerging markets—combining data, AI, and field leadership to expand merchants, drive ads monetisation, and protect unit economics while building strong teams.

I’m a marketplace operator and regional P&L leader with 4+ years scaling merchant growth, monetisation, logistics cost and GMV across 50 cities in Tamil Nadu. At 24, I became the youngest Cluster CEO in the country (1 of 55 nationally), building high-output field organisations and turning ground-level insight into repeatable growth playbooks.

In my current role at Zomato (Eternal Limited), I rebuilt the operating model around data depth, people accountability and revenue diversification, delivering 40% year-on-year GMV growth and scaling Ads billed revenue 210% year-on-year. I’ve also renegotiated commission terms with 10 merchant partners, reduced platform-funded promo spend, and held logistics cost flat year-on-year despite 10+ new local delivery competitors.

I’m known for execution and enablement—piloting new promotional products ahead of other clusters, directing 300+ SQL queries now adopted as a South-region playbook, and driving AI adoption across a 56-member field organisation to reduce manual tracking overhead. Earlier, as Supply Lead, I engineered a market turnaround (2x orders and a 10 percentage point market share gain in six months), launched Deal of the Day (DOTD) with 400% week-on-week growth in the pilot city, and scaled it nationally.
