What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own Tier 2 support end-to-end, improve network reliability, and rebuild from the ground up when failures happen—while continuing to grow in networking and cybersecurity with a team that values clear documentation and fast resolution.

I’m an A+ & Network+ certified technician with 7+ years of Tier 2 experience and a networking degree in progress. I support clients end-to-end by administering Windows and Linux, provisioning hardware, and resolving network and server issues using ticket-driven workflows.

Across hospitals, clinics, schools, offices, homes, and energy-related environments, I’ve provided dependable client, network, and server support while also working in high-stakes settings requiring strong operational discipline. I’ve held a public security clearance and have experience monitoring and troubleshooting mission-critical systems from remote operations, including coordinating access to high-voltage environments.

When something breaks, I don’t just troubleshoot—I rebuild. I’ve completely redesigned and rebuilt networks after catastrophic failures (routers, switches, servers, and cabling) and often provisioned and deployed entire sites alone, including inventory management and deploying users and equipment. I maintain a home network lab to keep sharpening my networking, cybersecurity, programming, and server administration practice.
