I’m an IT support specialist with hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, network support, and Microsoft 365 environments, strengthened by a telecommunications infrastructure foundation. In my current role as a Telecom Specialist / IT Support Specialist II at Rolling Hills Casino, I provide day-to-day support across business systems—troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, supporting Microsoft 365 (users, permissions, licensing), and assisting with device configuration, deployment, and maintenance. I also build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline internal processes and document recurring issues to improve response time and consistency, coordinating with vendors and internal teams when issues need escalation.

Before this, I worked in field and infrastructure-focused roles that sharpened my problem-solving under pressure. As an OSP Lineman with Oregon Aerial Construction, I installed and maintained network infrastructure, interpreted technical plans, and diagnosed installation and connectivity issues while following strict safety procedures. As a Pole Inspector / Technical Field Data Specialist with BC Technology Group, I worked with Zoho Creator for structured field data collection and validation, troubleshooting inconsistencies and maintaining accurate records used by engineering and planning teams.
