I'm looking to lead organizational development, leadership development, change, and engagement initiatives where I can build practical systems, coach leaders, and create measurable improvements in culture and performance.

I'm building Unity Health's organizational development function from the ground up, leading strategy, leadership development, executive coaching, succession planning, and new-hire orientation.

Previously at UAMS, I helped establish Organizational Development, improved new employee orientation satisfaction by 31%, and drove engagement strategies associated with a 7% improvement in employee engagement.
