At COX COMMUNICATIONS / SPECTRUM, I led enterprise leadership development and talent management initiatives across a complex organization, partnering with executives to strengthen leadership capability, succession pipelines, and team effectiveness.

I led the leadership development portfolio, from strategy and design through delivery and measurement, and helped design and deliver an award-winning program recognized with multiple Brandon Hall Awards. Leadership bench-strength programs I built resulted in 33% of graduates advancing into leadership roles, including 95% advancement within one retail cohort.

I designed and facilitated team-effectiveness work across six major business functions, contributing to a scalable enterprise High-Performing Teams program. I also led organizational change interventions incorporating communication, conflict, and change management that were adopted across multiple divisions.

Earlier, at CAESARS CASINO ENTERTAINMENT, I progressed from frontline casino operations into training and leadership development, building and leading a training team responsible for learning, development, and onboarding. I’m an ICF-credentialed executive coach and have also served as an executive coach, facilitator, and board leader with The WICT Network and other organizations.
