What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role where I can apply customer service strengths and multimedia/web design skills, work collaboratively or remotely, and grow into broader design and development responsibilities.

I am a BSc in Computer Science graduate from Wolkite University (2021) with four years of customer service experience at Multichoice (DSTV).

I currently work as a customer service representative and have developed strong communication and client-relations skills while handling customer inquiries and support tasks.

Alongside customer service, I have senior experience in graphic design and video editing and have worked remotely as a front-end web developer and web designer, contributing to branding and visual projects.

I am eager to join an organization where I can apply my multidisciplinary skills, contribute reliably, and continue growing in design and web development roles.
