What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute in a professional environment where I can build experience, use digital tools and modern software practices, collaborate remotely, deliver value, and continue developing technically and personally.

At CCI Ethiopia, I answer customer questions, resolve account issues, and troubleshoot problems over phone and chat while meeting daily quality and handling-time goals.

I work across internal tools and databases to look up accounts, log inquiries, update user files, and escalate complex issues for proper resolution. I handle difficult conversations calmly, with patience and empathy.

Alongside customer service, I build programming projects in Python and Java, practice SQL, and explore web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I'm continuing to grow through online learning, debugging practice, and team-based coursework.
