What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end operations and HR—building reliable processes, scaling recruitment and workforce planning, and coaching teams to hit KPIs—ideally in a growing company where operational efficiency and people performance matter.

I’m an Operations & HR Manager who established and managed operations in Tunisia “from the ground up,” owning everything from HR functions to operational infrastructure and internal workflows.

I lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, while managing employee relations and workforce planning. I also serve as the main point of contact between local operations and international management to keep execution aligned.

Before that, I moved through customer-facing and leadership roles—supervising a team of sales agents as a Senior Supervisor and delivering premium travel support as a Travel agent using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) Sabre. These experiences sharpened my KPI monitoring, coaching, training, and real-time problem-solving skills.

Alongside management work, I’m the Founder & Managing Director of PonyDenim.tn, where I oversaw sales, customer service, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment. I enjoy building scalable operations, improving efficiency through procedure, and creating performance-focused cultures.
