I’m looking for an IAM role where I can strengthen identity and access controls, run access reviews and compliance audits, and partner with IT Security and Infrastructure to resolve incidents and improve security operations.

I’m an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst focused on strengthening identity and access controls that support security and operational excellence. My work includes managing and monitoring user identities, roles, and access rights across enterprise systems and applications.

In my current role as an IAM Analyst at the Commercial Bank of Qatar, I implement and maintain IAM solutions such as RBAC, SSO, and MFA, and I handle user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications aligned with organizational policies. I also conduct regular access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, compliance audits, and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) and remediation follow-ups.

Previously, I supported identity and access administration using SailPoint Identity and Active Directory, and I resolved IAM service requests through ServiceNow and helpdesk workflows while maintaining SLA compliance. I’ve also contributed to process optimization, automation, and integrations across systems (SAP, Oracle, Transporeon), bringing a continuous-improvement mindset to governance, risk, and compliance.
