A driven IT professional with over 3 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong skill set in customer service, stakeholder management, and business process improvements. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Business and Information Systems Management from St. Scholastica's College, Manila.

In my current role as a Cabin Crew at Qatar Airways, I have operated a variety of aircraft types, from both Boeing and Airbus, across continents. My primary responsibility is ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers throughout the flight and implementation of stringent safety procedures, including pre-flight briefings, safety equipment demonstrations, and readiness to handle emergencies for a successful flight.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a Technical Business Analyst at Macquarie Group, where I engaged with business and technology subject matter experts to gather requirements and identify strategic solutions for system integration with SailPoint Identity IQ. I ensured that all requirements were completed to smoothly transition to the design and development phases. I also developed test plans and supported the business through user acceptance test cases.
