At myCharlotte, I own the end-to-end roadmap for class-I digital therapeutics, aligning clinical, UX and engineering squads while securing HAS/HDS compliance. I translate patient and clinician insights into epics, ship value slices every sprint, and track engagement, adherence and outcome KPIs.

I also run clinical pilots with hospital partners, from protocol design and field data collection to outcome analysis. My roadmap work is informed by continuous scanning of AI, digital therapeutics, innovation and regulatory shifts.

Previously at Galileo Global Education, I launched a coaching program that scaled to 2,700 learners and a 15-coach team in under 12 months. I designed operational flows and KPI dashboards that increased live attendance by 9 percentage points and CSAT by 10%.

My background spans instructional design, educational technology, language-program leadership and digital transformation. I have led certified French-language centres, supervised 40+ teachers, developed film-based teaching kits used by 200+ U.S. classrooms, and published on integrating technology into French-language education.
