I've spent about ten years designing and evolving SaaS platforms, business workflows, and digital products that simplify operations and create value. I bring structure to chaos by connecting Product Management, Operations, and Digital Transformation.
At Elevate Global, I led roadmap prioritization for a SaaS reporting and insights platform operating across France, the UK, the US, Germany, and Austria. I defined product KPIs, shaped onboarding journeys, translated customer needs into specifications, and contributed to a catalogue of more than 150 customizable KPIs and metrics.
Previously, I evolved Elevate's multi-market CRM platform and designed workflows across onboarding, staffing, booking, payroll, invoicing, expenses, and reporting. I also supported the French organization’s growth from 7 to 70 employees in six months while improving compliance, adoption, and operational efficiency.
At Encore Global, I led EMEA digital transformation and migration from Hiretrack NX to Easyjob, coordinating teams across Europe and the Middle East. My background in event technology has built my execution mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving approach.
