I’m a Customer Experience professional focused on delivering accurate solutions, smooth communication, and measurable customer satisfaction. In my roles, I handle customer queries across multiple channels while maintaining high service quality and retention.

I also work as a Trainer, providing ongoing performance coaching and upskilling. I support individuals, coaching towards team success, and help ensure understanding of process systems and performance expectations.

Earlier, I combined client-facing work with outbound sales and translation/teaching experience. I maintained strong client relationships, communicated product value effectively, and translated for English instruction in an education-focused environment.
