I want to work with a team and facilities where I contribute my best, improve service delivery and KPIs, and grow organizational objectives—supporting managerial goals and revenue targets through strong leadership, empathy, and data-driven improvements.

I’m a results-driven Customer Support Team Lead with hands-on experience managing support teams, handling escalations, and improving service delivery to ensure excellent customer experience. I aim to contribute through calm, empathetic communication while keeping performance aligned to organizational goals.

In my current role, I supervise and support a team of customer service representatives, monitor KPIs like response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction, and coach team members for continuous improvement. I use customer support tools and data to drive performance—leveraging CRM systems such as Zendesk and Sobot, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace for reporting and operational visibility.

Beyond customer support, I’ve built strong execution skills through site supervision and interior design. I coordinate site operations, artisans, contractors, and suppliers, oversee timelines, budgets, and material usage, and ensure safety and quality standards—then translate client needs into interior layouts, finishes, and finishing works that meet expectations.

My earlier experience includes IT Support (Contract), where I installed and configured computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners, and provided timely technical support. I also worked as a Website Administrator (product upload), managing e-commerce updates, troubleshooting issues, monitoring analytics, and supporting SEO and user experience improvements with cross-team coordination.
