I use Close CRM to manage leads, document customer interactions, track follow-ups, and support the conversion of qualified investment prospects.
Previously, I supported account opening, deposit mobilisation, dormant-account reactivation, credit assessments, loan recovery, agency banking operations, and POS issuance at Access Bank.
