I’m CIPD Level 3 qualified and I support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration in a global remote organisation. I’m currently based in the UK, and I bring a people-focused approach with strong coordination and confidentiality.

In my HR Assistant & Administrative Volunteer role, I coordinated recruitment by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing communications. I also maintained employee records with high accuracy and supported compliance through well-organised HR documentation.

I’ve improved onboarding by preparing documentation and guiding new volunteers through processes, strengthening efficiency and engagement. I’m trusted to handle sensitive information carefully while keeping operations running smoothly across distributed teams.

Beyond HR, I’ve coordinated live events and moderated an online community by initiating discussions, polls, and interactive content. I also write structured content remotely, which reinforces my communication, consistency, and time management skills.
