I've also spent more than three years at Oscar Health helping members navigate health insurance in English and Spanish. I assisted with coverage verification, cost estimates, claims, in-network provider searches, prior authorizations, and prescriptions.

My insurance operations background includes handling total-loss vehicle claims at American Family Insurance, including documentation, customer follow-up, file notation, and settlement checks.

Earlier roles at McKesson, Regional Acceptance, and West Pharmaceuticals strengthened my ability to manage regulated accounts, process data accurately, communicate clearly, train operators, and keep detailed records.
