At Leidos, I lead UX research and product design for Social Security Administration case-processing applications, including Quality Review, Office of Appeals, and Hearing Case Processing initiatives. I take defined areas from problem discovery through design validation.
I turn user needs, business processes, and technical constraints into interaction flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. I also plan and conduct usability and A/B testing, then use the findings to refine designs.
At United Solutions LLC, I managed digital experiences for government clients including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and General Services Administration. I carried product design from concept through delivery, using research and stakeholder input to shape the work.
I produced site maps, personas, and functional prototypes using Sketch and Figma, and conducted usability testing and card sorting to guide design improvements. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from The Ohio State University and a UX certification from Designlab UX Academy.
