What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue designing accessible, user-centered digital products where I can lead visual systems, conduct usability research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

I'm currently designing and developing CALM, an internal acquisition and contracting web application in Appian for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. I led CALM's component library and partnered with the Human-Centered Design team to plan and facilitate usability testing for its Alpha release.

At ECS Federal, I led branding, web design, and implementation for Department of Homeland Security communications, including the CTO employee portal, DHS Connect informational pages, and HQCloud. Previously at Salient CRGT, I audited FDA.gov content, information architecture, and navigation, turning analytics and usability research into UX recommendations, reports, and prototypes.

My work combines graphic design, UI/UX design, accessibility, Section 508 compliance, user research, prototyping, and bilingual English-Spanish communication.
