At Deloitte, I design and research public-sector platforms, including Delaware ASSIST, a modernization project for benefits and childcare services. I developed interview and survey guides, facilitated focus groups, and synthesized findings into usability recommendations.
For the Federal Navy Health system, I was Lead Designer on a platform-wide interface refresh for desktop and mobile. I evaluated and implemented Google Material Design components and created an ADA-compliant style guide and component library.
My work on New Mexico Health included maintaining an enterprise design system and supporting usability research and testing. The team engaged with more than 200 users and co-delivered 2,000+ high-fidelity wireframes across 30 modules.
