I'm looking to lead accessible, user-centered product design for complex digital services, partnering with product and engineering teams from discovery through implementation.

I modernize complex digital services into accessible, intuitive experiences. At the Nevada DMV, I lead the redesign of public-facing services, building a WCAG- and ADA-compliant design system and simplifying high-volume content, forms, and service navigation.

I've designed mission-critical case-management flows for USCIS NexGen, enterprise experiences at ServiceNow, and financial SaaS products at HubSync that improved completion time by 35%.
