I've spent more than 10 years protecting Hsoub's freelance marketplaces, Mostaql and Khamsat, from fake profiles, payment bypass scams, and terms-of-service violations.

As a Fraud Control Agent at Hsoub, I investigate suspicious accounts, listings, and transactions; identify fraud rings; and document defensible enforcement decisions. I work closely with customer support and technical teams to resolve security incidents and protect genuine users, company assets, and platform integrity.

Previously, I supervised Khamsat's customer support team for four years, managing workflows, ticket queues, escalations, quality assurance, onboarding, and fraud-policy training. I also resolved 25–30 customer tickets per hour as a frontline agent while handling buyer/seller disputes and suspected policy violations.

My background also includes remote technical customer support, digital marketing, content writing, administration, research, translation, and data entry. I'm known for staying calm under pressure, applying policy consistently, and balancing customer satisfaction with effective risk control.
