At Itoss Lunch, I assisted customers, answered their questions, and worked to address their needs. I adapted to different situations while focusing on customer satisfaction.

As an independent interpreter and translator, I supported communication between people who speak different languages. I interpreted and translated information while aiming to preserve its meaning and context.

I also supported independent English teaching, explaining basic and intermediate concepts and accompanying students in their learning. I adapted my communication to students' needs.

I'm studying Modern Languages with an emphasis on English and French at Universidad del Quindio. I’m looking to contribute my communication and analytical skills while continuing to learn and develop professionally.
