What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a commercial leadership role where I can lead teams, implement processes, grow revenue and develop sales talent.

I am a results-driven sales manager with experience in both field and remote roles, having led teams up to 14 people and managed large outbound campaigns and quality audits.

I set and monitor individual and collective objectives, implement KPIs and processes, and drive continuous improvement through coaching, training and disciplined performance follow-up.

My background spans account management, SDR and team-lead responsibilities, with hands-on use of CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot) and tools such as Aircall, Twilio and ATAS to manage campaigns and customer portfolios.

I hold a certification to act as a portfolio manager, speak advanced English and intermediate Spanish, and seek new commercial challenges where I can scale teams, optimize processes and deliver measurable revenue growth.
