What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead learning, technology, and organizational change initiatives where I can facilitate collaboration, use data to improve outcomes, and create effective professional learning experiences.

I facilitate professional learning communities at Jeffco Public Schools, guiding collaborative strategic initiatives and using progress data for more than 400 students to strengthen assessment decisions.

Across district leadership committees, I contribute to academic planning, technology implementation, operational planning, and equity initiatives. I led professional development workshops for more than 50 professionals and help teams sustain productivity through organizational change.

I also teach music and train instructors at EdCor Medical Training Center, where I've trained and certified 323 instructors to American Heart Association standards. My master's work in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technologies informs my approach to user experience, digital learning, and adult learning.
