At Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME), I lead Learning & Development initiatives from needs analysis through training delivery. I create courses in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline, and manage Cornerstone LMS.
I sourced and managed a six-month Foundations of Leadership program delivered by an outside facilitator. It received a 4.1/5 satisfaction rating across 20 participants, and I presented the outcomes to executive leadership.
Before moving into corporate learning, I spent years in classrooms and school leadership. At Denver Public Schools, I designed professional development on math and STEM topics, secured $50,000 in grant funding, and helped create a digital hub for STEM resources shared district-wide.
