I'm open to operations, account management, international business, and related roles where I can improve cross-functional processes, support clients, and apply my international business and intercultural background.

At Air Doctor, I manage complex billing and payment cases across Customer Support, Insurance, and Tech teams. I serve as a primary customer contact while redesigning recurring processes to reduce errors and improve team efficiency.

Previously, as Head of Billing Department at Air Doctor, I led invoicing, reconciliation, and payment dispute resolution end to end. I improved workflows, strengthened cross-team collaboration, and translated operational data into clear stakeholder updates.
