I seek a senior learning and development leadership role where I can design and implement scalable talent and skills programs, drive SETA accreditation and compliance, mentor teams, and partner with stakeholders for measurable business impact.

I am an experienced learning and talent development leader with a strong track record implementing national training frameworks, compliance processes and SETA accreditation systems. I drive measurable outcomes in skills development, BBBEE scorecard achievement and training spend control.

In my recent role I developed and managed national WSP and ATR submissions, implemented a national training monitoring system, and oversaw the organisation's Learning Management System and Quality Management System to ensure accreditation standards.

I have led L&D functions across corporate and public-sector settings, designing competency frameworks, coaching and mentoring programs, and blended learning interventions while managing learnerships, internships and graduate programmes.
