Emma Wolfram

I've grown Boathouse from a D-volume to a B-volume store by optimizing inventory and implementing effective sales strategies. I train and schedule staff, solve customer needs with product knowledge, and partner with upper management on store moves, displays, and new-team training.

Previously, I led sales and operations at The Body Shop, coached teams toward daily goals, and organized community events with Square One mall. I also bring experience supporting retirement-home residents, volunteering for mental health advocacy and school-supply initiatives, and co-authoring a journal on forensic science standards in the Canadian criminal justice system.
