I’m looking to scale service operations in automotive or similarly complex environments—building SOPs, KPI-driven workflows, and high-trust teams. I want a role where I can own budgets, improve processes, and deliver measurable quality.

I’m an Operations Manager with 5+ years building systems, leading teams, and scaling service operations across automotive and events industries. Based in Dubai, I’m known for turning undefined workflows into documented, measurable processes “from scratch.”

As General Manager at Vroom Garage (July 2025–Present), I oversee full operations for an automotive service centre handling 30–60 vehicles/month and 10+ concurrent projects. I manage AED 50,000–150,000/month procurement budgets across 10+ suppliers, lead a 5–7 person team with clear ownership, and drive results through daily/monthly task planning, Notion SOPs, CRM and inventory tracking, and weekly performance reviews.

Earlier roles strengthened my end-to-end operational mindset—from coordinating luxury vehicle PPF/wrap/paint workflows and body kit installations to owning 3D scanning-to-install production cycles. I also led international championships operations using BIM, rebuilt WorldSkills curriculum from scratch, and built years of 3D production depth as a Senior 3D Generalist, including 3D prosthetics work with medical teams.
