At Tesla, I lead end-to-end sales, delivery, service, and charging operations across 10 markets in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. I’ve helped generate close to $300M in quarterly regional revenue while building the operating models, teams, analytics, and governance needed to scale.

I opened Saudi Arabia with 5,000 vehicle deliveries in its first quarter and Qatar with 4,000, while scaling Turkey to a 90,000-vehicle fleet. I’ve expanded the customer-facing network from 10 to more than 950 locations, overseen 50,000+ UAE vehicle deliveries, and reduced operating spend by about 20%, saving up to $40M annually.

I set regional strategy and multi-year expansion roadmaps, build business cases and budgets, and take recommendations to executive leadership for approval. I also lead market turnarounds, live KPI dashboards, regulatory approvals, vehicle homologation, and cross-functional launches such as Full Self-Driving across the Middle East.

Before Tesla, I led civil and structural workstreams at Stantec and built precast BIM models at Gulf Precast. Earlier at TDRA, I ran market and competitor research supporting telecommunications market-entry strategy, including research behind the UAE launches of Virgin Mobile and Swyp.
