At Subway in Norway, I supported day-to-day store operations in a busy customer-facing environment, serving customers in Norwegian and English and preparing orders.

I handled cash, closed the register, counted daily takings, and maintained cleanliness and service standards. When customers had concerns, I worked to resolve them with patience and professionalism.

I also supported recruitment by participating in interviews and trained new employees in customer communication, service standards, and daily routines.

After growing up in Norway, I recently moved to Tirana, Albania. I speak Norwegian, English, and Albanian fluently, and I'm looking for an office-based or remote job where I can use my languages, communication skills, and experience.
