My name is Atul Tiwari, and I am an aspiring HR professional with a strong foundation in marketing and analytics. I hold an MBA in HR and a B.Tech degree, which have equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in various roles. Currently, I serve as the Marketing Head at ASRB Group, where I manage budgeting, team management, and KPI management. My experience also includes working as an HR and Admin Officer, where I maintain databases, create presentations, and conduct payroll management.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in different organizations, including Ikshula Pvt Limited and CP Seeds, where I honed my skills in catalog management, website optimization, and marketing analysis. My internships have further enriched my understanding of human resources, recruitment, and performance management.
