In my Employee Attrition & Retention Analytics project, I analyzed data from 500 employees to identify attrition patterns by department, tenure, job satisfaction, and employee characteristics. I created an HR dashboard covering headcount, attrition rate, department trends, and key attrition drivers.

I've also analyzed workforce performance, staffing, revenue, salary, overtime, profitability, and sales performance using KPI reporting, data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design. My finance and payroll analysis tracked ₹1.298B in revenue, ₹504.1M in annual salary costs, ₹678.2M in employee costs, and ₹319.5M in net profit.

During my accounting internship at S.P. Agrawal & Associates, I gained practical exposure to accounting records and routine financial processes. I'm Microsoft certified in Power BI and Excel and ready to apply my HR and business analytics skills in an entry-level opportunity.
