My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Midlands State University, where I developed a solid foundation in HR principles and practices.

Currently, I serve as both Marketing Manager and HR Manager at Anisa Digital Solutions, where I manage team scheduling, resource allocation, and project deadlines. My role involves maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate data management using HRIS and Excel. Previously, I worked as a Human Resources Officer at Rolly 18 Mine, where I coordinated daily operations and managed payroll, ensuring timely payments for all workers. My experience as an HR Intern at Shurugwi District Hospital further solidified my skills in payroll processing and data confidentiality.
