I’m a detail-oriented MBA (Finance) fresher with strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, supported by certified training in Data Analytics, SAP, and HR operations. I’m eager to apply my analytics approach to help teams make better, faster decisions.

Through my recruitment internship at Shine Projects (remote), I supported real HR operations across the recruitment pipeline. I helped with job posting, resume screening, pre-screening interviews, and scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates, gaining practical exposure to how hiring processes work end-to-end.

I strengthen my analyst mindset with projects and certifications, including SAP Analytics Cloud, Google Data Analytics (with case studies covering SQL, data cleaning, dashboard creation, and data visualization), and additional IBM/Data Science and Excel-focused training. I’ve also worked on behavior-based smart authentication for digital payment security and published research on fraud detection in digital payment systems, which sharpen my focus on insight generation and impact.
